SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
You love Kismet and free shipping? We’ve got good news. We offer free express shipping on all orders.
Australia & New Zealand: All orders will be shipped with Australia Post.
International: All orders will be shipped via DHL. Delivery times are estimated between 4-14 working days.
It takes just one (business) day for your order to be processed for shipment. Orders will be delivered between 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Make arrangements to meet your Kismet purchase when she arrives. For security reasons, all purchases require a signature upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track your love with a tracking number delivered right to your email.

If you need to change your order, please contact our team immediately at email@example.com. Unfortunately we can not make any changes to your order after it has been processed for shipping.
DUTIES & TAXES
Some of our pieces have a long way to go. International Kismet Girls, please be aware that your home country may charge import taxes & customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination.
These duties & taxes are required to be paid by the customer. To get an estimate, you can contact your local customs office.
We reserve the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
DELAYS & ISSUES WITH DELIVERY
At its core, Kismet is about meeting your dream dress. In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or if it is inconsistent with your order, please reach out. Our customer services team wants to help.
Step 1: Get in Touch Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Check in with Delivery Service If there are delivery issues, we will do what we can to help you get your order as soon as possible. However we are not responsible for the delivery once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, including Australia Post’s or DHL's delivery schedule, nor any items that are delayed/lost in transit.

Step 3: Double Check Your Address Information It is your responsibility to ensure that all address details provided are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
MISSED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES
While it may be better to have loved and lost, we can all agree it is better to get your Kismet order the first go round. All orders returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or not being claimed at the local or international destination will be refunded and the stock returned to our system. Customers may be charged the outstanding customs and freight fees. Missed or returned deliveries cannot be re-dispatched; you must place a new order.
