OUR RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a refund or store credit if:
- The garment has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- The garment has not been damaged.*
- The original labels and tags are attached to the garment.
- The Return Form is included with the return and filled out in its entirety. Returns that exclude customers' name and order number, will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
*Note: ‘damage’ may include the presence of pet hairs, fake tan, makeup or other marks and the presence of the smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder, or other products and odours on the garment.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We include easy to follow return instructions with each shipment:
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return and shipping information.
- Ensure the item(s) are in original, unworn condition, and have the tag(s) intact.
- Complete the return section on the Returns Form, and enclose it with the item(s).
- Pack your item and the returns form into an appropriate shipping package.
- Send it back. Please provide us with the tracking number details by emailing email@example.com.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?
Refunds and store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the item/s. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment. Please note that once a refund is processed, it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to be available in your account.
For store credit, an email with your credit amount and code will be sent to you.
Please note: any refund must be credited to the original card or account used at the time of purchasing the garment.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We don't facilitate exchanges however we have options:
Before you order: For sizing help, please visit our Size Guide or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
After you order: If you would like to return your item for another size or style, please lodge your request for a credit note to make a new purchase.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED WASN'T AS EXPECTED?
We strive to ensure all items are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can review the matter.
